Blogola: a day in the life

Today is Saturday, which usually is a day that I am stuck at school, but Thursday marked the first day of Winter vacation :). Unfortunately, Jose still works today because he doesn't usually have school Saturdays and it's raining so I've resorted to cleaning my room and doing laundry. I get to watch Buddha today who is doing quite well actually, aside from trying to eat everything, I caught her with a screw in her mouth earlier. Luckily she lets me take stuff out of her mouth. She's become a lot more friendly, and she even jumped on my mom today and gave her a kiss, which I think really made my mom feel better.
Only 4 days left til I set off to Hawaii, and I cannot wait! I have it imagined in my head, but I'm sure it's going to be a thousand times more incredible than I can picture. I've never been anywhere before and I mark this as my first step to seeing some of the world :p I feel bad not being around for mine and Jose's first Christmas together, but Hawaii isn't going to come around for me again. We talked about having our own before I left, but we're so broke from saving for my car (which gets fixed the week that I'm gone :D.) that we don't have any money for presents. I told him I'd still get him something when I got back, but the things I have in mind are going to take at least two paychecks. I plan on documenting my days in Hawaii, I don't know if anyone really reads this, but it might be nice to look back on.
Too bad I don't have any real soup to eat on this cool day. I guess I'll just have to settle with top ramen :p It's kind of fun to narrate a day in the life of myself. My first posts are somewhat how I want this blog to be. But I sort of want it to be more personal so I think I shall introduce the important points in my life as of right now. I've already some of it down, but I think that pictures are in order.
